Order/Payment Errors
If you believe you’ve made a mistake during payment (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate transaction, or incorrect items), please contact me directly as soon as possible via TikTok Messages, Discord or Email (Please regonize when I am live I cannot read any TikTok messages, so please contact me via Email, Discord, or Live Chat). I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly before your order is processed or shipped.
Once packs are opened or your order has been shipped, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be issued.
